IB Diploma Programme

The IB DP Programme

For more than 45 years, IB programmes have gained a reputation for rigour and high academic standards, for preparing students for life in a globalized 21st century, and for helping to develop citizens who will create a better, more peaceful world.

Shine Ue School has become an IB World School authorized to deliver the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme starting from October 2018. Students entering 11th grade are offered to choose 1 subject from 6 subject groups and complete the requirements of the Core (CAS, Theory of Knowledge, Extended Essay) all in English. Each subject requires students to learn deep about the subject by asking to complete Internal Assessments that are beyond standard testing.

IB Learner Profile

The IB learner profile is the IB mission statement translated into a set of learning outcomes for the 21st century. The learner profile provides a long-term vision of education.
